Does BN Need To Go So Low A Standard??????

Political Clock Ticks For Chua Soi Lek
By Alan Ting

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 27 (Bernama) -- He is unlikely to give up without a strong fight but political pundits reckon that time is running out for Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek who was sacked by the MCA.

Wonder what would MCA be like if lead by such leader?

Isa was suspended for three years from Umno from June 24, 2005, for money politics in the 2004 Umno elections. He was originally suspended for six years but it was reduced after he appealed.

Among the most vocal critic of the idea of fielding Isa has been former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

Dr Mahathir has argued that Umno’s image would be affected because it would be regarded as not being serious in fighting money politics if it chose as candidate someone who has been found guilty of political corruption.

Yet the abovementioned, through their recent most political maneuvers, wished to continue to be remembered as the Starring in the Sex DVD and money politics respectively; how unConventional in Malaysian Politics!!!

Won't BN (UMNO-MCA-MIC) be in calamity if such characters were encouraged as this would unwittingly set the poor standard of choice, candidacy now and  future hence further bringing BN towards the eventual exist from Malaysian mainstream politics?
