UMNO UnConventional Walking Canes and Crutches New Owner Finally Found!

Gone are those days, especially during the Dr. Mahathir era, where the subject of Walking Sticks, Walking Cane and Crutches had always being brought up to the dismay of our majority Malaysians of Malay-Bumiputera origins.

However, the BN Government then did what had to be done, in line with the NEP for fair distribution of wealth and opportunity to those constitutionally privileged yet financially underprivileged ones -  Malay-Bumiputeras. Personally, i am ok to NEP, a helping hand in need is a helping hand indeed! It would have been a perfect policy had it been executed fairly!

However, today these walking sticks/canes and crutches have found their new owners in OTK's MCA!

OTK's MCA today, originally meant to defend and protect approx. 27% ( 5 Million ) Malaysians of Chinese origin's right, can't even settle their own internal crisis, to the extend their needed a helping hand - in the form of a walking cane/crutches from Najib - an outsider as far as MCA's membership is concerned to calm things down, how shameful.

If MCA could not settle differences and walk out from their present membership crisis, what makes we think they could defend and protect Malaysian of Chinese origins' right as enshrined in the Federal Constitution.

Perhaps that was why DPM Muhyiddin Yassin said the following:-

DPM: Umno may have to take on MCA’s role

ROME: Umno may take on the role of helping the Chinese community if MCA continues to be embroiled in crisis, said its deputy president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.

The Deputy Prime Minister said it would not be right for Umno to play the role of the MCA in trying to bring in the support of the Chinese community to Barisan Nasional, but that the coalition could not afford to lose its link with the Chinese.

“But if MCA is in such a state, obviously the Chinese community would not be happy and we don’t want them to abandon the Barisan.

“So, maybe there is no other recourse but for Umno to play that role for the time being to assist them,” he said when commenting on the reshuffle of the MCA presidential council.

Muhyiddin, who is here to attend the World Summit on Food Security, expressed disappointment over the latest development in the MCA, saying that Barisan was worried it would further erode the Chinese community’s support for the party.

Muhyiddin said it would be difficult for Barisan to win the support of the Chinese if the party continued to face a political crisis.

“If I were a Chinese, I would also not support the MCA.

 Yes but Sir, you're not Chinese, You don't know what we Malaysian Chinese think, do You?

“Let’s face the facts,” he said, adding that his statement might be taken as harsh but that was the reality of the current situation.

These abovementioned statements alone was already the biggest insult to date to MCA and her members; not to mention our Chinese communities..................many thanks to LTL, WKS & CMF well done!

I could still remember vividly during my younger days when we started to walk, after having learned to crawl, that we fell many times before we could eventually walk steadily. Initially when we fell, there would always be those helping hands from daddy, mummy, grand daddy and granny around because we were still young and inexperience.

However, as time passes by, their hands seemed more remote when we fell because we were suppose to learn to walk on our own feet by then; likewise in life so to say, we must be accountable and responsible for our every actions!

MCA, amongst the largest Chinese based political party outside mainland Communist China, after so many years and so many internal crisis still could not consolidate for the betterment of Malaysian Chinese in particular and Malaysians in general, tell me otherwise what is there left for MCA ?

Stand right up from where we fell!

 

I saw lights at the end of the tunnel the other day after all those trouble makers eg. Political crocodile tears from heaven WKS and CMF etc. were axed from presidential council but little did i realized that LTL would be so foolish to put the final nail into the coffin by "seeking/inviting" and not to mention crying their ways on wheelchair to Najib for assistance!

This act if any further certified MCA's already prolonged incapability to manage and be on top of the situations within (members) and without (voters).

If anything worth remembering about MCA now, i shall remember Ong Tee Keat's cruel to be kind virtue and his fights to uncover the controversial PKFZ scandal without fear and favor!
